account restriction

I was making an attempt to withdraw $1 value of LTC to an handle from Hoodpay. Once I tried to withdraw, it acquired rejected and my account was restricted. This part is ok, however I don’t understand how such an enormous firm like Binance can't simply blacklist these addresses if they are such an enormous drawback.

Additionally, you already know this difficulty — I’m not the primary one that skilled it. Different customers have reported that once they tried to withdraw to Hoodpay addresses, their accounts also acquired restricted. So why is help telling me to attend 30 days when this example is already recognized and understood?
